How do you prove an emotional abusive behaviour?

It's so hard to prove, but extremely easy to feel.

  • You feel alerted 99% of the time. Walking on eggshells, and being careful with your words.
  • Being punished with silent treatments , but you find them as a blessing, because then you get to have some quiet from any arguments and on-going trials to explain yourself.
  • You are full of thoughts around 1001 scenarios for something that has yet to have happened, but yet you know that all of them are not far from the possibility to happen.
  • You try to share what you're going through, but listening to yourself, you hardly believe that these are the things you actually need to deal with.
  • You feel confused , and you're unsure whether you're mad or you actually have every right to be upset with the situation.

Yes, my love, I feel you.
